Buckingham Palace

Mr. Philip Everett was received by The Queen this morning at Windsor Castle upon relinquishing his appointment as Deputy Ranger, Windsor Great Park, when Her Majesty invested him with the Insignia of a Commander of the Royal Victorian Order.

The Queen and The Duke of Edinburgh gave a Reception to recognise the Technology sector in the United Kingdom at Buckingham Palace this evening.

The Duke of Cambridge, The Duke of York, The Duke of Gloucester and The Duke of Kent were present.

Kensington Palace

The Duke of Cambridge, President, United for Wildlife, this afternoon attended the launch of United for Wildlife’s campaign, Whose Side Are You On?, at Google, Central St. Giles High Street, London WC2.

Buckingham Palace

The Earl and Countess of Wessex today visited Somerset and were received by Her Majesty’s Lord-Lieutenant (Lady Gass).

Their Royal Highnesses this morning opened the new Bridgwater Community Hospital, Bower Lane, Bridgwater.

The Earl and Countess of Wessex later visited residents in Moorland affected by the flooding of winter and spring 2014.

Their Royal Highnesses this afternoon opened the new Jubilee Building at Thatcher’s Cider, Myrtle Farm, Sandford.

The Earl of Wessex later visited Burnham-on-Sea Marine Rescue Centre, the Esplanade, Burnham-on-Sea, and was received by Brigadier Thomas Lang (Deputy Lieutenant of Somerset).

The Earl and Countess of Wessex afterwards visited Cheddar Gorge, Cheddar.

His Royal Highness and Her Royal Highness, Vice Patron, Royal Bath and West of England Society, this evening attended a Reception and later a Dinner at the Bath and West of England Showground, Shepton Mallet.

The Countess of Wessex this afternoon opened Somerset Care Home and Acacia Court, Greenhill House, Tweentown, Cheddar.

Her Royal Highness later visited Yoxter Cadet Training Centre, near Priddy, Wells.

Buckingham Palace

The Princess Royal, Royal Patron, the Blond McIndoe Research Foundation, this afternoon attended a Reception and unveiled the Blond McIndoe Memorial Statue, High Street, East Grinstead, and was received by Her Majesty’s Lord-Lieutenant of West Sussex (Mrs. Susan Pyper).

Her Royal Highness, President, Riding for the Disabled Association, this afternoon visited the Ashdown Forest Group, Chelwood Equestrian Centre, Chelwood Farm, Nutley, Uckfield, and was received by Her Majesty’s Lord-Lieutenant of East Sussex (Mr. Peter Field).

The Princess Royal, Honorary Member, City Livery Club, this evening attended the Centenary Dinner at Guildhall, Gresham Street, London EC2.

Kensington Palace

The Duchess of Gloucester, President, this afternoon attended a Meeting of the Governing Body of the Royal Academy of Music, Marylebone Road, London NW1.

Thatched House Lodge, Richmond Park

Princess Alexandra, President, Queen Alexandra’s House Association, this afternoon attended a Reception to mark the One Hundred and Thirtieth Anniversary of the founding of the House at Kensington Gore, London SW7.
