COURT CIRCULAR

Buckingham Palace

His Excellency Mr Mansoor Abulhoul was received in audience by The Queen today and presented the Letters of Recall of his predecessor and his own Letters of Credence as Ambassador from the United Arab Emirates to the Court of St James’s.

Mrs Victoria Devin was also received by Her Majesty.

His Excellency Prince Khalid bin Bandar Al Saud was received in audience by The Queen and presented the Letters of Recall of his predecessor and his own Letters of Credence as Ambassador from the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia to the Court of St James’s.

Princess Lucy Al Saud was also received by Her Majesty.

Sir Simon McDonald (Permanent Under-Secretary of State for Foreign and Commonwealth Affairs) was present.

Air Chief Marshal Michael Wigston was received by The Queen upon his appointment as Chief of the Air Staff.

The Prince of Wales this morning arrived at Indira Gandhi International Airport, Delhi, and was received by the British High Commissioner to the Republic of India (His Excellency the Hon Sir Dominic Asquith).

His Royal Highness later visited the Indian Meteorological Department, Mausam Bhavan.

The Prince of Wales this afternoon called upon The President of the Republic of India at Rashtrapati Bhavan.

His Royal Highness later visited the Bangla Sahib Gurdwara, New Delhi.

The Prince of Wales afterwards attended a Remembrance Service at the Delhi War Cemetery and laid a wreath.

The Prince of Wales, Royal Founding Patron, the British Asian Trust, this evening held an Advisory Board Meeting at the Taj Mahal Palace Hotel, Mumbai, India.

Kensington Palace

The Duke of Cambridge, Patron, Centrepoint, this morning officially opened Peterson Haberdashers’ Apprenticeship House.

His Royal Highness today received the Hon Hillary Rodham Clinton (formerly United States Secretary of State).

The Duke of Cambridge, Patron, Centrepoint, this evening attended the 50th Anniversary Gala Dinner at the Roundhouse, Chalk Farm Road, London NW1, and was received by Her Majesty’s Lord-Lieutenant of Greater London (Sir Kenneth Olisa).

The Duchess of Cambridge, Patron, Action on Addiction, today visited the Brink, 21 Parr Street, Liverpool.

The Earl of Wessex, Chairman of the Board of Trustees, The Duke of Edinburgh’s International Award Foundation, today attended the International Council Meeting at Missenden Abbey, London Road, Great Missenden, Buckinghamshire.

The Countess of Wessex, Global Ambassador, 100 Women in Finance, this morning attended a Meeting at Winston and Strawn LLP, MetLife Building, 200 Park Avenue, New York, United States of America.

Her Royal Highness this afternoon attended a Luncheon on the Women, Peace and Security Agenda at Casa Lever, 390 Park Avenue, New York.

The Countess of Wessex, Global Ambassador, 100 Women in Finance, this evening attended the Annual New York Gala at Cipriani, 110 East 42nd Street, New York.

St James’s Palace

The Princess Royal, President, World Horse Welfare, this morning attended the Annual Conference at the Royal Geographical Society, 1 Kensington Gore, London SW7, and was received by Mr Kevin Traverse-Healy (Deputy Lieutenant of Greater London).

Her Royal Highness, Commandant-in-Chief (Youth), St John Ambulance, this afternoon attended a Young Achievers’ Reception at the Priory Church of the Order of St John, St John’s Square, London EC1, and was received by Dr Charles Goodson-Wickes (Deputy Lieutenant of Greater London).

The Duke of Gloucester, Member, St George’s Chapel Advisory Committee, this morning attended a College and Chapel of St George’s Fabric Advisory Committee Meeting at Windsor Castle.
