Windsor Castle

His Excellency Mr. Jose Alberto Briz Gutierrez was received in audience by The Queen today via video link and presented the Letters of Recall of his predecessor and his own Letters of Credence as Ambassador from the Republic of Guatemala to the Court of St. James’s.

Ms. Juliet Chua (Director of Finance and Corporate, Foreign, Commonwealth and Development Office) was present.

The Prince of Wales, on behalf of The Queen, held an Investiture at St. James’s Palace this morning.

Clarence House

The Prince of Wales and The Duchess of Cornwall this morning visited Cartier, 175-177 New Bond Street, London W1, to mark the Centenary of the London workshop.

His Royal Highness this afternoon visited Lloyd’s, One Lime Street, London EC3, and held a Meeting for the Sustainable Markets Initiative.

Kensington Palace

The Duke and Duchess of Cambridge, Joint Patrons, the Royal Foundation of The Duke and Duchess of Cambridge, this afternoon attended a Trustees’ Meeting via video link.

Their Royal Highnesses, Joint Patrons, the Royal Foundation of The Duke and Duchess of Cambridge, afterwards received Sir Keith Mills upon relinquishing his appointment as Chairman.

St James’s Palace

The Earl of Wessex, Chairman of the Board of Trustees, The Duke of Edinburgh’s International Award Foundation, this afternoon held a Meeting via video link.

The Countess of Wessex this morning visited the Queen Elizabeth Foundation, Leatherhead Court, Woodlands Road, Leatherhead, and was received by Her Majesty’s Lord-Lieutenant of Surrey (Mr. Michael More-Molyneux).

Her Royal Highness this afternoon received Mr. Abdul Hamid Dabaiba (Prime Minister of Libya), Ms. Najla Mangoush (Libyan Foreign Minister) and Her Majesty’s Ambassador to Libya (Mr. Nicholas Hopton.

St James’s Palace

The Princess Royal today visited Jersey and was received by the Lieutenant-Governor and Commander-in-Chief (Air Chief Marshal Sir Stephen Dalton).

Her Royal Highness this morning opened Strive Health Club, l’Avenue de la Reine Elizabeth II, St. Peter, and met members of the British and Irish Lions during their pre-tour training camp.

The Princess Royal afterwards opened the new site of les Quennevais School, les Quennevais Park, St. Brelade.

Her Royal Highness this afternoon attended a Service at St. Saviour’s Parish Church to recognise veterans of the Peninsular War and the Battle of Waterloo, followed by a Reception at Government House, St Saviour’s Hill, St. Saviour.

The Princess Royal subsequently met members of the Jersey Field Squadron at Government House.

Her Royal Highness, Patron, Durrell Wildlife Conservation Trust, later opened the Butterfly Kaleidoscope at Jersey Zoo, la Profonde Rue, Trinity.

St James’s Palace

The Duke of Kent, Colonel-in-Chief, The Lorne Scots (Peel, Dufferin and Halton Regiment), this afternoon held a Meeting via video link with Colonel William Adcock upon relinquishing his appointment as Honorary Colonel and Colonel Craig Hayman upon assuming the appointment.

His Royal Highness, President, the Cavalry and Guards Club, this evening opened the Terrace at 127 Piccadilly, London W1.

The Duke of Kent, Colonel, Scots Guards, afterwards attended the Third Guards Club Dinner at the Cavalry and Guards Club.
