COURT CIRCULAR

Windsor Castle

His Excellency Mr Fahad bin Mohammed Al-Attiyah was received in audience by The Queen today via video link and presented the Letters of Recall of his predecessor and his own Letters of Credence as Ambassador from the State of Qatar to the Court of St James’s.

Sheikha Raya Khalifa Abdulla Khalifa Al Khalifa was also received by Her Majesty.

His Excellency Professor Piotr Wilczek was received in audience by The Queen this afternoon via video link and presented the Letters of Recall of his predecessor and his own Letters of Credence as Ambassador from the Republic of Poland to the Court of St James’s.

Sir Philip Barton (Permanent Under-Secretary of State for Foreign, Commonwealth and Development Affairs) was present.

Clarence House

The Prince of Wales and The Duchess of Cornwall, having been received by Her Majesty’s Lord-Lieutenant of the County Borough of Belfast (Mrs Fionnuala Jay-O’Boyle), this afternoon visited Cookstown High Street and were received by Her Majesty’s Lord-Lieutenant of County Tyrone (Mr Robert Scott).

Their Royal Highnesses subsequently visited Superstars Café, 13 Oldtown Street, Cookstown, and were received by Mrs Frances Nolan (Deputy Lieutenant of County Tyrone).

The Prince of Wales afterwards attended a Reception at Lissan House, Dublin Road, Omagh, and was received by Mrs Meta Bell (Deputy Lieutenant of County Tyrone).

His Royal Highness, Patron, The Prince’s Countryside Fund, subsequently visited the College of Agriculture Food and Rural Enterprise Greenmount Campus,
45 Tirgracy Road, Muckamore, Antrim, and was received by Mr Christopher Kerr (Deputy Lieutenant of County Tyrone).

The Duchess of Cornwall later visited a Women’s Aid Refuge.

Kensington Palace

The Duke and Duchess of Cambridge, representing The Queen, in celebration of Her Majesty’s Platinum Jubilee, this morning departed from Philip S W Goldson International Airport, Belize, for Jamaica and were received this afternoon upon arrival at Kingston Norman Manley International Airport by the British High Commissioner to Jamaica (Her Excellency Ms Judith Slater) and Senator the Hon Kamina Johnson Smith (Representative of the Prime Minister of Jamaica).

Their Royal Highnesses called upon the Governor-General of Jamaica and Lady Allen at King’s House, Kingston.

The Duke and Duchess of Cambridge later attended a Sports and Cultural Event at Trench Town Culture Yard, Kingston.

St James’s Palace

The Earl of Wessex, Patron, Production Guild of Great Britain, this morning visited Twickenham Film Studios, the Barons, Twickenham, Middlesex.

His Royal Highness this afternoon opened the Windsor and Royal Borough Museum and Royal Windsor Visitor Information Centre at the Guildhall, Windsor, and was received by Mr Andrew Try (Deputy Lieutenant of the Royal County of Berkshire).

The Earl of Wessex, Chairman of the Trustees, The Prince Philip Trust Fund for the Royal Borough of Windsor and Maidenhead, later attended a Meeting at the Guildhall, Windsor.

His Royal Highness this evening attended the Mayor’s Annual Dinner at the Guildhall.

The Countess of Wessex, Royal Colonel, 5th Battalion The Rifles, this morning visited the Battalion Headquarters, Ward Barracks, Bulford, Wiltshire.

St James’s Palace

The Princess Royal, Perpetual Master, the Worshipful Company of Saddlers, this morning chaired the Freedom Court Meeting and attended a Luncheon at Saddlers’ Hall, 40 Gutter Lane, London EC2.

Her Royal Highness, Patron, Special Forces Club, this afternoon attended a Reception held by the Ambassador of the Kingdom of Norway (His Excellency Mr Wegger Strommen) at the Residence in London.

The Princess Royal, Patron, the Chartered Institute of Logistics and Transport (UK), this evening visited Stansted Airport College, Round Coppice Road, Stansted, and was received by Mr Vincent Thompson (Vice Lord-Lieutenant of Essex).
