Buckingham Palace

The King this afternoon gave a Reception at Buckingham Palace to commemorate the Fiftieth Anniversary of the Arrival of British Ugandan Asians to the United Kingdom.

The King and The Queen Consort this evening gave a Reception at Buckingham Palace for Medallists at the Tokyo 2020 Olympic and Paralympic Games and the Beijing 2022 Olympic and Paralympic Games.

The Earl of Wessex, The Princess Royal and The Duke of Gloucester were present.

Kensington Palace

The Prince of Wales, Patron, Tusk Trust, this morning attended a Symposium at St James’s Palace.

His Royal Highness, Patron, Royal African Society, this afternoon attended the Film Africa Workshop, at the Garden Cinema, 39-41 Parker Street, London WC2.

St James’s Palace

The Earl of Wessex, Patron, the British Paralympic Association, this afternoon received Mr Michael Sharrock (Chief Executive Officer).

The Countess of Wessex, Patron, Association of Show and Agricultural Organisations, this morning attended the National Fruit Show at Kent County Agricultural Society, Kent Showground, Detling, and was received by His Majesty’s Lord-Lieutenant of Kent (the Lady Colgrain).

St James’s Palace

The Princess Royal, Admiral of the Sea Cadet Corps, Marine Society and Sea Cadets, this morning attended a Parade to mark the 80th Anniversary of Sea Cadets in Northern Ireland, at Joymount Parking, Carrickfergus, and was received by His Majesty’s Lord-Lieutenant of County Antrim (Mr David McCorkell).

Her Royal Highness, Patron, the Pony Club, this afternoon attended the Annual Conference at the Assembly Buildings, 2-10 Fisherwick Place, Belfast, and was received by Mrs Anthea Smyth (Deputy Lieutenant of the County Borough of Belfast).
