The Queen viewed a display by the Gun Team in the Riding School and subsequently viewed horses and met soldiers.

Her Majesty toured the Forge and Veterinary Clinic.

The Queen attended a Reception and subsequently was entertained to Luncheon by The King’s Troop Royal Horse Artillery.

The Princess Royal, Patron, L’Arche Edinburgh Coming of Age Appeal, this morning visited the new L’Arche house development at the corner of Restalrig Crescent and Findlay Avenue and subsequently attended a Reception at Restalrig Lochend Community Hub, 198 Restalrig Road South, Edinburgh, and was received by Sir Thomas Farmer (Deputy Lieutenant of the City of Edinburgh).

Her Royal Highness, President, Victim Support Scotland, this afternoon attended the Victim Support Europe Annual General Meeting and Conference at the Caledonian Hotel, Princes Street, Edinburgh, and was received by Her Majesty’s Lord-Lieutenant of the City of Edinburgh (Councillor Donald Wilson, the Rt Hon the Lord Provost).

The Duke and Duchess of Gloucester this evening attended the St George’s House Annual Lecture in St George’s Chapel, Windsor Castle.
