COURT CIRCULAR

Buckingham Palace

Mrs Justice Falk, Mrs Justice Farbey, Mrs Justice Lieven and Mrs Justice Thornton were received by The Queen today upon their appointment as Justices of the High Court when Her Majesty invested them with the Insignia of Dames Commander of the Most Excellent Order of the British Empire.

Mr Justice Freedman, Mr Justice Huddleston, Mr Justice Murray, Mr Justice Pepperall and Mr Justice Waksman were received by The Queen upon their appointment as Justices of the High Court when Her Majesty conferred upon them the honour of Knighthood and invested them with the Insignia of Knights Bachelor.

Clarence House

The Prince of Wales, on behalf of The Queen, this evening gave a Reception at Buckingham Palace for winners of The Queen’s Awards for Enterprise.

Kensington Palace

The Duke and Duchess of Cambridge this morning visited Inn on the Square, Market Square, Keswick, and were received by Her Majesty’s Lord-Lieutenant of Cumbria (Mrs Peter Hensman).

Their Royal Highnesses afterwards visited Deepdale Hall, Patterdale, Ullswater, Cumbria.

Kensington Palace

The Duke of Sussex this morning received the Rt Hon Mr Khadga Prasad Sharma Oli (Prime Minister of the Federal Democratic Republic of Nepal).

His Royal Highness, Patron, this evening attended a Concert in aid of Sentebale at Hampton Court Palace, East Molesey, Surrey, and was received by Her Majesty’s Lord-Lieutenant of Greater London (Sir Kenneth Olisa).

Buckingham Palace

The Duke of York this afternoon received the Lord O’Neill of Gatley (Chairman, Chatham House, the Royal Institute of International Affairs).

His Royal Highness, Patron, Science and Technology Facilities Council Harwell and Daresbury Science and Innovation Campus, this evening held a Dinner at St James’s Palace.

St James’s Palace*

The Earl of Wessex, Trustee, The Duke of Edinburgh’s Award, this morning attended a Meeting at Gulliver House, Madeira Walk, Windsor, Berkshire.

His Royal Highness, Chairman of the Board of Trustees, The Duke of Edinburgh’s International Award Foundation, this evening held a Dinner at Windsor Castle.

The Countess of Wessex this afternoon departed from Heathrow Airport, London, for Lebanon and was received this evening upon arrival at Beirut-Rafic International Airport by Mr Benjamin Wastnage (Deputy Head of Mission).

Mr Alexander Stonor and Mrs Angus Galletley are in attendance.

St James’s Palace

The Princess Royal, Patron, English Rural Housing Association, this morning opened an Affordable Housing Development, London Road, Bolney, and was received by Her Majesty’s Lord-Lieutenant of West Sussex (Mrs Susan Pyper).

Her Royal Highness, Patron, Voluntary Service Overseas, this afternoon attended a Reception at Barber-Surgeons’ Hall, Monkwell Square, Wood Street, London EC2.

The Duke of Gloucester this evening attended a Reception at Buckingham Palace for winners of The Queen’s Awards for Enterprise.

St James’s Palace

The Duke of Kent this evening attended a Reception at Buckingham Palace for winners of The Queen’s Awards for Enterprise.
