The Duke of York afterwards visited the Emirates Diplomatic Academy, Hamdan Bin Mohammed Street, Al Hosn Palace District, and was received by Her Majesty’s Ambassador to the United Arab Emirates (His Excellency Mr Patrick Moody) and Zaki Nusseibeh (Minister of State for Cultural Affairs at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and International Co-operation).

The Countess of Wessex, President, Brainwave, this morning visited the Brainwave North West Centre, Unit 602, Birchwood One Business Park, Dewhurst Road, Birchwood, Warrington, to celebrate its Tenth Anniversary, and was received by Her Majesty’s Lord-Lieutenant of Cheshire (Mr David Briggs).

Her Royal Highness, President, Girlguiding, this afternoon opened the new residential building, “the Lookout”, at Cheshire Forest Pettypool Activity Centre, Sandiway, Northwich, Cheshire.

The Countess of Wessex later visited Tarporley War Memorial Hospital, 14 Park Road, Tarporley, Cheshire, to celebrate its Centenary.
